📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement training modules for field sales, clinical sales, and customer accounts • Develop and implement the annual sales training plan using the SMART format • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, National Accounts, Customer Service, and Product Management on training needs, market trends, competitive insights, and product launches • Develop content and conduct interactive customer training for national and regional key accounts • Provide product demonstrations and educational presentations supporting customer adoption and purchasing decisions • Produce training content and educational resources aligned with corporate guidelines and strategic objectives • Identify training needs, performance gaps, and opportunities to improve sales force effectiveness • Lead planning and execution of National and Regional Sales Meetings • Conduct quarterly field rides to gather customer insights and identify training opportunities • Attend and actively participate in quarterly in-person Plan-of-Action meetings • Use sales data, performance metrics, and analytics to identify trends and knowledge gaps • Support cross-functional strategic initiatives, global initiatives, and corporate programs • Develop and facilitate Virtual Instructor-Led Training and Instructor-Led Training using multiple learning and digital platforms • Create multimedia training resources, including video content, live-streamed sessions, digital learning tools, and interactive learning solutions • Promote Sigvaris corporate values and company culture • Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, ISO standards, 6S, Lean Manufacturing, and applicable laws • Maintain accurate records supporting the Sigvaris Quality System and Quality Policy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a sales trainer • Training experience with medical compression therapy and products preferred but not required • Thorough knowledge of venous disease and the lymphedema and lipedema markets preferred but not required • Ability to create and execute annual sales training plans and develop training programs • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office • Strong customer-facing skills • Strong communication and presentation skills • Willingness to listen and ability to think creatively and innovatively • Budget-management skills and proficiency • Professional judgment and discretion • Must live near a major airport • Must be based anywhere in the East or Central region in the U.S. • Minimum travel requirement of 30% • Successful completion of background check including MVR, employment and education verification, and drug test required before hire
