📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day delivery of client-facing Dayforce implementation, optimisation and transformation projects across North America. • Mobilise projects and establish delivery plans, governance structures, roles, responsibilities and ways of working. • Develop and maintain project plans covering milestones, dependencies, resources, critical paths and deliverables. • Manage governance cadences, status reporting, RAID logs, action logs, decision logs and escalation routes. • Identify and manage risks, issues, actions, assumptions, dependencies and decisions. • Manage project scope, change requests, budgets, resource utilisation, billing milestones and commercial commitments. • Build trusted relationships with client teams and senior stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, Technology and Finance. • Coordinate distributed functional, technical, data, integration, testing, change and third-party teams across locations and time zones. • Coordinate discovery, configuration, data, integration, testing, readiness, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities. • Manage User Acceptance Testing, parallel payroll testing, defect management, sign-offs and go-live readiness where applicable. • Lead or contribute to project health checks, lessons learned and post-go-live analysis. • Improve project templates, tools, governance, working practices and Dayforce delivery methodology. • Contribute to Silver Cloud’s North American Dayforce capability, reusable assets, playbooks and governance standards. • At Senior Project Manager level, mentor project professionals and lead complex or high-impact engagements. • Report to the Dayforce Practice Leadership Team and collaborate with consultants, commercial colleagues, clients, Dayforce and third-party partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience managing HRIS, HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, SaaS or comparable enterprise technology implementations. • Experience leading client-facing projects through the full implementation lifecycle. • Demonstrable ownership of delivery to agreed scope, timeline, budget and quality expectations. • Experience creating and managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, resources and critical paths. • Strong project-governance capability, including RAID management, status reporting, escalation and change control. • Experience working within Statements of Work and managing contractual and commercial commitments. • Strong stakeholder-management skills engaging senior client leaders and cross-functional project teams. • Experience coordinating distributed, remote and matrix delivery teams. • Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills. • Ability to identify risks early, make sound decisions and maintain momentum in complex delivery environments. • Commercial awareness concerning cost, resource utilisation and client outcomes. • Ability to travel to client locations when required. • Direct Dayforce implementation, optimisation or transformation experience desirable. • Experience across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Management, Talent, Reporting, Data or Integrations desirable. • Experience with North American clients or US HR, Payroll or Workforce Management requirements desirable. • Familiarity with Dayforce Activate or other structured SaaS implementation methodologies desirable. • Experience with User Acceptance Testing, parallel payroll testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare desirable. • Experience managing multiple projects or complex multi-workstream implementations desirable. • Project-management qualification such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent practical experience desirable. • Experience in consultancy, systems integration, software vendor or professional-services environments desirable. • Experience mentoring Project Managers or contributing to PMO and delivery-methodology development desirable.
