📋 Description

• Manage and resolve SailPoint-related Jira tickets and support requests • Troubleshoot and remediate issues within the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud platform • Support SailPoint ISC implementations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements • Develop and maintain API integrations with connected applications and systems • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize identity governance and access management processes • Support, maintain, and enhance the identity governance platform

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) • Strong troubleshooting and platform support experience • Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and identity management workflows • Familiarity with Jira and incident/request management processes • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance Administration (IGA) concepts • Experienced candidate • Have completed 2 or more implementations to SailPoint ISC (application question)
