📋 Description

• Plan, identify, oversee equipment layout, and implement processes to improve plant efficiency • Conduct operational studies to maximize workflow and spatial utilization • Develop and implement plant process technology to minimize variation and optimize manufacturing, workflow, cell design, and plant layout • Analyze equipment layout, cell design, plant layout, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization to remove bottlenecks • Support technical teams with root cause analysis for equipment downtime • Provide technical expertise related to product quality • Provide technical input and support for equipment and tool advancement • Improve product design and manufacturing quality and cost • Facilitate and execute continuous improvement activities • Conduct time studies to optimize production capabilities • Manage and lead plant capital improvement projects • Support mold move processes as a technical resource for internal plants and contract molders • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Plastics Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering • 3 years of relevant work experience • AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks experience • Structural Foam experience • Up to 50% domestic and international travel • Valid driver's license • Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
