📋 Description

• Execute daily outbound calling queues to active applicant pools using online telephony systems. • Communicate corporate hiring interest, deliver value propositions, and drive candidates to complete the online scheduling process. • Document communication outcomes and update candidate dispositions accurately within corporate tracking systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound call centers, customer service, or talent acquisition support. • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a polished and professional phone presence. • Demonstrated ability to maintain high productivity and call volume in a remote environment. • Technical proficiency with web-based communication software and data management systems. • Access to high-speed internet, a dedicated computer, a high-quality headset, and a quiet workspace.
