📋 Description

• Provide telehealth outpatient medical nutrition therapy using an integrative and functional nutrition approach • Implement Simplex Health protocols, tools, and educational materials in patient care • Assess patients' nutritional health and develop personalized, root-cause care plans • Create and modify individualized nutrition interventions based on patient needs and goals • Document new and follow-up appointments in the Healthie platform • Respond to patient communications in a timely, professional, and supportive manner • Collaborate through case discussions, meetings, and shared learning opportunities • Resolve work-related issues and support team outcomes • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and ongoing clinical initiatives • Follow company policies, procedures, and clinical standards • Stay current with emerging research and best practices in nutrition and health • Manage a full and consistent patient caseload with timely follow-ups, continuity of care, and optimal outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) • At least 2 years of experience in outpatient or clinical care • Current registration with CDR • Credentialed or open to being credentialed with insurance companies • Pennsylvania license and completion of major insurance credentialing required before start • Passion for integrative and functional nutrition • Experience in clinical or outpatient nutrition counseling • Must not maintain an active private practice or independent nutrition counseling business • Evening appointment availability strongly preferred • CDCES strongly preferred • IFNA Certified preferred; IFNCP credential a plus • Candidates actively enrolled in IFNA training welcome
