📋 Description

• Provide telehealth outpatient medical nutrition therapy using an integrative and functional nutrition approach • Implement Simplex Health protocols, tools, and educational materials in patient care • Assess patients’ nutritional health and develop personalized, root-cause care plans • Create and modify individualized nutrition interventions based on patient needs and goals • Document new and follow-up appointments in the Healthie platform • Respond to patient communications in a timely, professional, and supportive manner • Collaborate with team members through case discussions, meetings, and shared learning • Communicate openly to resolve work-related issues and support team outcomes • Contribute to a positive team environment and ongoing clinical initiatives • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and clinical standards • Stay current with emerging research and best practices in nutrition and health • Manage a full and consistent patient caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups, continuity of care, and optimal outcomes • Build ongoing patient relationships through virtual care • Report to the Clinical Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) • At least 2 years of experience in outpatient or clinical care • Current registration with CDR • Credentialed or open to being credentialed with insurance companies • Pennsylvania license and completion of major insurance credentialing required before start; credentialing may take 3–6 months • Passion for integrative and functional nutrition • Availability for evening appointments strongly preferred • CDCES strongly preferred • IFNA Certified preferred; IFNCP credential a plus • Candidates actively enrolled in IFNA training welcome • Candidates should not maintain an active private practice or independent nutrition counseling business • Strong attention to detail for documentation • Ability to provide timely, professional, and supportive patient communication • Ability to collaborate through case discussions, meetings, and shared learning • Ability to stay current with emerging nutrition and health research • Organizational, multitasking, project management, adaptive, and resourcefulness skills
