📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one virtual coaching focused on nutrition, weight management, chronic disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits • Develop personalized care plans and measurable wellness goals • Motivate and support members in making sustainable behavior changes • Document coaching sessions, progress, and outcomes • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver integrated care • Stay current on nutrition science, coaching techniques, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required • State dietitian licensure (where applicable), with willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field • 5+ years of experience in health coaching, medical nutrition therapy, disease management, weight management medical nutritional therapy and behavior change • Strong motivational interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills • Experience using telehealth and digital health platforms • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and technology tools
