📋 Description

• Analyze intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, and laboratory results • Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions via video • Offer general movement, sleep, or stress-management advice as related to nutrition care • Use Allara-provided nutrition training and educational materials while adapting care to patient needs • Apply motivational interviewing and behavior-change techniques throughout ongoing care • Collaborate with Physicians and APRNs managing patients medically • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using an AI scribe • Respond to patient inquiries, administrative tasks, and messages promptly • Provide longitudinal nutrition care to underserved women with hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive health conditions

🎯 Requirements

• Current Registered Dietitian certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) • At least 1 active state license in a state of need • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting • Commitment to evidence-based clinical practice • Comfort using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Open to feedback, quick to learn, and eager to grow • Prior nutrition counseling or patient care experience is a plus, but not required • Prior telehealth experience is a plus • Must be able to work within U.S. state-level licensure requirements
