📋 Description

• Analyze intake assessments, medical histories, dietary habits, laboratory results, and related information • Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions by video • Offer general movement, sleep, or stress-management advice as related to nutrition care • Use Allara-provided nutrition training and educational materials while adapting care to patient needs • Incorporate motivational interviewing and behavior-change techniques throughout continuity of care • Collaborate with Physicians and APRNs managing patients medically • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using an AI scribe • Address patient inquiries and complete administrative tasks and messages promptly

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Dietitian with current certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) • At least 1 active state license in a state of need • Applicants must hold an actual state license; pending licenses are reviewed but may not satisfy current needs • Prior nutrition counseling or patient care experience is a plus, but not required • Open to feedback, quick to learn, and eager to grow • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Ability to build trust and connection with patients virtually • Commitment to evidence-based clinical practice • Comfortable using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Prior telehealth experience is a plus, but not required • Ability to work full-time hours • New graduates are welcome
