📋 Description

• Provide telehealth medical nutrition therapy using a functional and integrative approach • Implement Simplex Health protocols, tools, and educational materials in patient care • Assess patients’ nutritional health and develop personalized, root-cause care plans • Create and modify individualized nutrition interventions based on patient needs and goals • Document new and follow-up appointments in the Healthie platform • Respond to patient communications in a timely, professional, and supportive manner • Collaborate through case discussions, meetings, and shared learning opportunities • Communicate openly to resolve work-related issues and support team outcomes • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and ongoing clinical initiatives • Follow company policies, procedures, and clinical standards • Stay current with emerging research and best practices in nutrition and health • Manage a full patient caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups, continuity of care, and optimal outcomes • Build deep, ongoing relationships with patients through virtual care

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) • At least 2 years of experience in outpatient or clinical care • Current registration with CDR • Credentialed or open to being credentialed with insurance companies • Must not maintain an active private practice or independent nutrition counseling business • Evening appointment availability strongly preferred • CDCES strongly preferred • IFNA Certified (IFNCP credential a plus); candidates actively enrolled in IFNA training welcome • Pennsylvania license and completion of major insurance credentialing required before start • Passion for integrative and functional nutrition • Ability to provide personalized, root-cause care • Ability to document appointments in the Healthie platform • Ability to manage a full and consistent patient caseload • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time patient coverage; Pacific or Mountain time-zone candidates may provide evening coverage for East Coast patients
