• Design, implement, and manage the organization's Leadership Development Program • Conduct organizational learning needs assessments and facilitate training programs • Develop and maintain learning content and resources • Evaluate learning programs by analyzing feedback and business metrics • Develop onboarding programs in partnership with department leaders • Support performance management processes and deliver manager training • Lead career development and succession planning initiatives • Optimize the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) • Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and learning initiatives • Support talent development strategies for high-potential employees
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or related field required • Master's degree preferred • 5–7 years of experience in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Talent Development, Human Resources, or related field • Experience developing leadership development programs • Experience facilitating instructor-led training • Experience implementing or administering a Learning Management System • Healthcare, staffing, or service industry experience preferred • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design • Ability to coach managers and employees • Experience developing learning materials and eLearning content • Strong organizational and project management skills • Analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning technologies
