📋 Description

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives from conception through implementation and value realization • Support enterprise initiatives involving process transformation, automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, system implementations, and organizational change • Develop and implement sustainable solutions that standardize processes, improve performance, and support long-term business objectives • Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies, automation, and advanced analytics tools • Develop project charters, business cases, project plans, communication plans, and implementation strategies • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations • Provide regular project updates, recommendations, and executive-level communications • Lead stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and adoption activities • Support management of the Continuous Improvement project portfolio, including prioritization, governance, status reporting, and benefit tracking • Coordinate stakeholders across Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Technology • Develop Standard Operating Procedures for executed changes • Establish project KPIs, measurement frameworks, business cases, and value realization methodologies with the Analytics team • Use data, reporting, and performance insights to support decision-making and measure outcomes • Monitor and communicate project performance against financial and operational targets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field • 5–8+ years of experience in project management, continuous improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, or related disciplines • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, functions, and business priorities • Strong project management, planning, and organizational leadership skills • Experience leading multiple concurrent projects and managing competing priorities • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within a highly matrixed organization • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, and change management methodologies • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen with the ability to translate insights into action • Ability to develop business cases, quantify value, and support data-driven decision making • Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills • Experience supporting process transformation, technology implementations, and digital enablement initiatives • Satisfactory completion of a post-offer criminal background check
