• Create and complete travel arrangements for car, hotel, air, rail, and flights • Provide clients with up-to-date trip information and offer alternatives when appropriate • Create social media marketing posts and creative flyers • Attend live and recorded training sessions to stay current in the travel industry • Take client payments securely and apply them to travel reservations • Research and recommend vacation destinations • Organize itineraries for corporate, wedding, family, sports, and leisure travel • Support clients when unexpected issues arise during travel
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience working in a customer service environment preferred • High School Diploma or equivalent • Ability to self manage and problem solve • Strong communication, organization and decision making skills • Positive attitude, coachable, and trainable • Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus • Must be 18+
