📋 Description

• Oversee multiple complex emergency services technical projects and initiatives driving product development and technical innovation • Lead and coordinate projects supporting 911, NG911, public safety, telecommunications, or emergency services programs • Deliver complex technical programs within scope, schedule, and budget • Develop and maintain program plans covering timelines, milestones, resources, and dependencies • Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues, escalating when necessary • Facilitate collaboration among network planning, product management, network operations centers, and other teams • Monitor and report program progress, metrics, and status to senior leadership and stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement of program management processes within the engineering organization • Support capacity planning, resource allocation, and prioritization across emergency services projects

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience • Strong understanding of E911 and Next Generation 911 (NG911) technologies and services • Knowledge of ESINets, SIP-based communications, call routing, emergency call delivery, and related telecommunications infrastructure • Familiarity with NENA standards, FCC regulations, and public safety industry best practices • Understanding of carrier, CLEC, ILEC, wireless, VoIP, call flows, and emergency services environments • Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with technical and non-technical teams • Experience with program management tools such as MS Project, Click Up, or similar • Ability to manage competing priorities and lead through influence in a fast-paced environment • Candidates must reside near one of the hub locations: Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; San Antonio, TX; Denver, CO; Seattle, WA
