📋 Description

• Coordinate and facilitate assigned quarterly cohorts and scheduled online classes. • Deliver engaging instruction using presentations, demonstrations, case studies, quizzes, and other educational tools. • Provide coaching, feedback, and academic support to students throughout the program. • Identify students who need additional support and communicate concerns to leadership. • Maintain an average class passing rate of 80% or higher. • Maintain accurate student grades and educational records. • Audit student files for required coursework, documentation, and completion. • Prepare and issue Certificates of Completion for students meeting program requirements. • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of student information. • Identify opportunities to improve curriculum, instructional methods, and student outcomes. • Incorporate practical sterile processing scenarios and current industry practices into instruction. • Utilize video conferencing, presentation software, online learning platforms, spreadsheets, and other digital tools. • Troubleshoot routine technology issues and help students navigate virtual learning requirements. • Maintain an organized, interactive, and professional online learning environment.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in sterile processing/CSPD. • Current sterile processing certification. • Associates degree or higher in any discipline. • Strong knowledge of sterile processing practices and principles. • Demonstrated teaching, training, precepting, or presentation experience. • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. • Highly comfortable with technology and virtual instruction. • Ability to manage student records, grading, schedules, and deadlines. • Ability to work independently and support a quarterly cohort from start to completion. • Reliable, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting uninterrupted virtual instruction. • Dedicated computer/laptop with working webcam, microphone, and audio capabilities. • Professional, quiet, and distraction-free workspace suitable for conducting live online classes. • Availability to maintain consistent connectivity and professional online presence throughout scheduled instructional sessions.
