📋 Description

• Perform a key role in the clinical and commercial development of SIR-Spheres and other US-marketed products • Conduct outreach to and collaborate with KOLs, HCPs, investigators, and external stakeholders • Establish new and cultivate existing HCP and KOL relationships • Serve as a company spokesperson on clinical programs, clinical trials, and medical translation for marketing functions • Develop KOL engagement plans and support HCP education and medical information delivery • Share feedback and issues from external experts with internal commercial leaders • Represent Sirtex at medical meetings, conferences, advisory boards, institutional outreach meetings, and strategic partner interactions • Identify proctors and new users requiring proctoring and support introductions to the TEC program • Identify fellowship participants, speakers, and potential study drivers • Use the Evidence Generation Plan to identify ISR drivers and engage them on study proposals • Monitor regional investigator study progress and identify and mitigate delays or barriers • Deliver medical education presentations and gather feedback for organizational dissemination • Work with Medical Information to address HCP inquiries promptly and follow up as necessary • Generate field insight questions, identify broader implications, and present HCP insights to Medical leadership • Translate HCP insights into scientific communications and publication deliverables • Support internal training, Journal Club, Commercial training, and newsletter development

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced life sciences/healthcare degree required (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MD) • At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries • Experience working in-house cross-functionally in MSL roles or comparable industry role • Strong leadership qualities and ability to influence and motivate team members • Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix structure • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Operational effectiveness and ability to develop project strategies and implement projects reliably • Flexible and solution-driven attitude • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time • Periodic weekend work expectations for conferences and/or other meetings • Must live in Arizona, California, New Mexico, or Nevada
