• Lead the leadership, direction, and delivery of Accounts Payable services across the organization • Manage Accounts Payable activities performed locally within regions and in Shared Service Centers • Manage and optimize cash flow management and Accounts Payable processes • Ensure timely vendor invoice payments and maintain accurate records and control reports • Implement and maintain procure-to-pay audit controls across regions • Review accounting reports for accuracy • Continuously improve Accounts Payable processes through technology, automation, and standardization • Supervise, develop, train, recruit, and manage the Accounts Payable team • Mentor Accounts Payable Managers and develop team capability and succession planning • Lead process improvements focused on automation, reducing touch points, and process simplification • Maintain intercompany communications, invoice processing, and payments • Develop and maintain systems, procedures, and policies for Accounts Payable functions • Monitor organizational cash flow and ensure adequate operational funds • Collaborate with Procurement to optimize vendor relationships and payment terms • Manage the Corporate Procurement Card program • Lead business initiatives supporting growth, profitability, and controls • Maintain IRS compliance for T&E reporting, 1099 reporting, and W-9 support • Ensure local government and audit requirements are met across all Accounts Payable regions • Collaborate with IT on system automations, enhancements, and production issues • Oversee the performance of an outsourced Accounts Payable team • Manage global T&E reporting systems and processes • Work with internal and external auditors on SOX compliance, controls, and year-end audits • Maintain vendor attestation integrity, duplicate payment controls, and vendor database accuracy • Support Treasury and Accounting on securitization audits and cash flow • Lead continuous improvement in processes, systems, and reporting to improve efficiency and reduce risk and costs • Expand and standardize T&E reporting applications and processes across multiple regions
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Strong analytical, communication, and database skills • Extensive finance and accounting experience • Knowledge of audit and internal controls • Strong skill set and outgoing personality to drive change in a growing, changing business environment • Ability to work effectively in stressful situations and solve complex business problems • Track record improving and optimizing processes • Experience overseeing financial controls • Experience managing working capital and cash flow requirements • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within and outside Finance • Leadership and talent development experience to build a high-performing team and culture • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field • Management experience required
