SITEMETRIC is a site management platform that helps organizations run complex construction and field operations more safely and efficiently. SITEMETRIC targets demanding environments such as data centers, healthcare facilities, and large infrastructure projects, enabling customers to reduce risk, maintain compliance, and make faster, data-driven decisions on the jobsite.

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations across approximately 5–12 client project sites in the Northeast and Midwest regions • Lead project start-ups and stabilizations for new client sites, including mobilization and onboarding of security services and staff • Coach, develop, and manage Site Security Coordinators, Site Logistics Leaders, Shift Leaders, and Access Control Officers • Own regional staffing plans, scheduling, and resource allocation • Serve as Sitemetric's Qualified Manager/Agent/Principal for private security licensing • Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements, Sitemetric policies, and client contractual obligations • Conduct site audits, security drills, risk assessments, and incident investigations • Develop post orders, standard operating procedures, communications plans, risk mitigation plans, and vulnerability assessments • Liaise between field operations and the corporate Security & Safety team • Partner with Safety, Operations, Technology, and other Regional Leaders on integrated site security • Serve as the primary regional client contact for security matters and resolve issues • Support client Site Specific Security Plans and advise on Sitemetric products and services • Identify new security business, contract expansion, and upsell opportunities, targeting at least one win or expansion opportunity per quarter • Build executive-level client relationships • Design and deliver security training and support onboarding and professional development • Manage the regional budget and billable utilization • Meet KPI targets for audits, customer satisfaction, safety, and revenue growth • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and high-priority client issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years of progressive experience in security management, law enforcement, or private security operations • 2+ years in a security leadership role overseeing multi-site or regional security operations • Strong knowledge of Ohio state security regulations and licensing requirements • Demonstrated success leading multi-site or regional security teams, including budget accountability • Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills • Proven ability to build trust and maintain productive relationships with clients and internal partners at all levels, including driving security-related business growth • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and incident management or scheduling platforms • Ability to travel regularly within the region (50–75%) and respond to urgent site needs • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Must pass pre-employment background screening and drug test • Must meet Ohio's Qualifying Agent (QA) requirements and complete and pass any required trainings and exams for certification • Professional certifications in training, security, project management, or compliance are preferred • Previous Ohio Qualified Manager / Security Agent licensing experience is preferred • Experience in the construction, law enforcement, or physical security industries is preferred • Knowledge of access control, incident reporting, and electronic security systems is preferred
