📋 Description

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Solution Delivery team across configuration, data, QA, and technical architecture • Align resources and skills to customer implementations • Use utilization, work-planning, and delivery data to anticipate capacity needs and make staffing decisions • Manage portfolio financial and operational health, including weekly revenue forecasting, utilization, gross margin, and work-planner accuracy • Identify risks early and take action to keep delivery on track • Establish technical and solution quality standards, reviews, and readiness controls • Coach technical team members and evaluate solution decisions within the Salesforce ecosystem and cloud delivery architectures • Partner with Project Managers on change control, delivery risks, and customer conversations • Evolve the global delivery model across AMER, EMEA, and APAC • Establish regional handoffs, ownership, and follow-the-sun operating practices • Identify and implement generative AI and automation opportunities in configuration and testing workflows • Within 90 days, assess team skills, capacity, utilization, development needs, and immediate improvement opportunities • Within 180 days, run the pod from validated operational and financial data, establish delivery standards, implement technical quality controls, and improve cross-regional handoffs and AI-assisted workflows • Within 365 days, achieve or exceed utilization and gross margin targets, maintain forecast accuracy, embed delivery standards, strengthen global delivery, and demonstrate measurable efficiency and quality improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams across configuration, data, QA, architecture, or SaaS implementation • Experience managing teams responsible for complex, multi-region SaaS implementations • Ability to balance capacity, utilization, quality, and delivery velocity • Experience using skills and capacity data for staffing decisions • Experience leading teams across onshore, offshore, remote, and/or partner resources • Experience scaling or transforming a global delivery organization or offshore team into a centralized, repeatable delivery model with measurable efficiency or ROI improvements • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, cloud delivery architectures, and relational database concepts • Understanding of technical quality controls and architecture integrity • Understanding of generative AI productivity tools and operational, quality, and compliance guidelines • Experience implementing technical gatekeeping practices such as peer reviews, migration checks, or readiness reviews • Experience incorporating AI or automation into configuration, testing, or delivery workflows with measurable improvements • Experience using system-validated operational data to manage performance, capacity, utilization, and delivery health • Experience identifying capacity, staffing, financial, or execution risks from delivery data • Experience establishing and enforcing delivery standards, processes, and operational controls • Ability to define and monitor KPIs • Experience building or implementing analytics connecting capacity planning with pipeline or future implementation demand • Experience managing delivery across AMER, EMEA, and APAC • Experience establishing cross-time-zone coverage models, handoff protocols, or regional ownership practices • Ability to balance global standardization with regional delivery needs • Experience building or automating a follow-the-sun delivery model
