📋 Description

• Design, implementation, and ongoing delivery of SitusAMC’s enterprise process automation strategy • Manage processes to obtain business requirements, define solutions, and prioritize development and testing • Act as first line of support to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes • Create quality BRDs and project documentation to identify business needs • Implement process automation best practices • May manage staff expectations, performance, and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience • 1+ years in Associate level role or external equivalent • Expertise in K2 process automation software preferred • 2+ years of residential or commercial real estate required • Resourceful with strong and demonstrable problem solving/analytic skills • Experience with software development life cycle methodologies • Highly Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
