📋 Description

• Drive execution of the AI innovation roadmap aligned with the company’s digital transformation strategy • Execute AI use cases for automation, predictive analytics, customer engagement, and operational efficiency • Create sophisticated AI agents and prompts and integrate them with existing systems and processes • Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, compliant, and ethically developed • Follow SitusAMC standard AI development processes and procedures • Create test plans and participate in quality assurance, volume, and bias testing of AI agents • Develop repeatable AI models that can be replicated across the business • Collaborate with delivery teams to enhance products, streamline workflows, and improve decision-making • Support business personnel advancing AI initiatives • Perform other related duties assigned by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 2–4 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at Analyst level or equivalent • Strategic mindset to align product decisions with organizational strategy • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Familiarity with backlog management and prioritization techniques • Strong analytical skills • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their application in product or service development • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Real estate experience preferred, but not required • Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and SitusAMC’s guiding principles
