📋 Description

• Handle workers' compensation defense cases from initial setup through appeal • Value cases early and often, giving clients the option to settle or continue litigation • Collaborate with partners and fellow associates on case strategy • Build and maintain relationships with adjusters and clients • Meet a monthly billable target of 220 hours • Generate new client files for additional bonus opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Active California Bar license (required) • Minimum 1 year of legal experience in civil litigation or workers' compensation • Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing ability • Demonstrated job stability, with no pattern of frequent job changes • Willingness to learn and handle cases according to the firm's conservative approach to billing • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
