📋 Description

• Enter data accurately and efficiently into company databases • Verify and correct data discrepancies • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files • Communicate with team members and clients to ensure data accuracy • Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed • Complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines • Continuously improve data entry processes and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software • Excellent typing and data entry skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Familiarity with basic data analysis techniques • Experience with remote work is a plus
