• Hire team members, including sourcing and poaching top talent from other companies • Onboard and offboard team members • Manage Skinnify’s LinkedIn and Glassdoor accounts • Support the company’s international scaling efforts
🎯 Requirements
• Experience as a Hiring Manager at a $10M+ annual revenue e-commerce company • Expertise finding exceptional employees, including poaching top talent from other companies • Excellent people skills • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal • Experience working with remote international teams • Ability to work 40 hours per week
