📋 Description

• Review Staff Accountant journal entries for accuracy, completeness, and support before posting • Own joint venture and non-controlling interest accounting, including NCI allocations and financial statement presentation • Manage consolidation and elimination across FBG legal entities • Reconcile intercompany balances and assigned balance sheet accounts • Prepare quarterly flux analysis for key balance sheet and income statement accounts • Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements under US GAAP, including state-level reporting • Maintain and strengthen SOX and other internal controls • Support and coordinate external audits and respond to auditor requests • Collaborate with Shared Services, Technical Accounting, Finance, and business stakeholders • Support budgets and forecasts and align actuals with plan • Identify and drive process improvements across consolidation, intercompany, and close workflows • Support and develop team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with demonstrated ownership of close processes and financial statement preparation • Strong foundation in US GAAP • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple entities • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across finance, accounting, and business teams • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and proactively manage through ambiguity • CPA or equivalent strongly preferred • IFRS knowledge a plus • Experience in financial services, gaming, or other regulated industries with complex multi-entity structures strongly preferred • Experience with consolidation accounting and NCI strongly preferred • Experience with financial systems and ERP platforms preferred
