📋 Description

• Build, QA, and launch Commercial CRM campaigns across XtremePush and Movable Ink, including email, push, and in-app messaging • Set up assigned sends, including audience selection, asset approval, dynamic content, personalization, scheduling, and deployment • QA campaigns across devices, verifying links, offers, segmentation, and personalization • Monitor active sends and resolve or escalate deployment issues • Strategize and execute real-time CRM sends tied to sporting events • Troubleshoot customer service contacts related to CRM campaigns and promotions with Promo Ops • Investigate customer-reported issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution • Monitor Slack channels for breaking developments and last-minute requests • Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, and documentation using Airtable or similar tools • Templatize recurring campaigns and streamline build workflows • Use AI tools and automation to support drafting, QA, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, or campaign execution across email, push, and/or in-app channels • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong QA mindset • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns, requests, and deadlines within a part-time schedule • Passion for sports, betting, and gaming products • Calm, solutions-oriented approach to troubleshooting in a fast-paced, live environment • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Strong autonomous work ethic and ability to execute projects end to end without immediate feedback and direction • Ability to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday • Preferred: Hands-on experience with XtremePush, Braze, or similar CRM platforms, and personalization tools such as Movable Ink • Preferred: Experience with Airtable or similar planning and tracking tools
