📋 Description

• Build and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative features • Participate in end-to-end Salesforce enhancement implementation, from requirements gathering through deployment and support • Apply scalable and maintainable patterns for triggers, flows, automation, and custom components • Write high-quality, testable code with unit test coverage and participate in code reviews • Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with external and internal systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns • Partner with backend engineers on integration contracts between Salesforce and Java-based services • Troubleshoot complex integration and data flow issues • Translate business requirements into technical solutions with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and cross-functional partners • Support data migrations, imports/exports, data quality, security, access control, performance, reliability, and availability • Create technical documentation and contribute to Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, testing, deployment, and platform scalability best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce engineering experience • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce automation • Experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, and security model design • Experience building and maintaining API-based integrations between Salesforce and third-party or internal systems • Working knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines • Ability to work independently on complex projects while collaborating effectively within a team • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
