📋 Description

• Deliver premier technical support to drive customer satisfaction • Know Skydio drone, controller, and cloud products inside and out • Be the Voice of Customer frontline to other Skydio teams • Use clear and empathetic communication to resolve issues • Engage in regular pre-released product dogfooding and give feedback • Proactively participate in building support processes that enhance customer experience • Own your work and contribute to operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of Technical Support experience with drones/UAV/UAS • Previous customer support experience in utilities, transportation/infrastructure, or public safety organizations • Willing to work a flexible schedule • Effective collaboration with team members • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in technical troubleshooting and familiar with triage and escalation workflows • Passion for drone, cloud, and IoT technology • Experience with multi-channel customer communication (phone, chat, and email) • CRM technology experience, with Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud preferred
