• 2+ years of high-volume, front-line customer service experience • Experience with Zendesk or a similar CRM system • Strong communication skills across email, phone, and chat • Previous experience working in an agile startup environment • Reliable Wi-Fi connection • Comfortable working on a Mac and using Slack
