📋 Description

• Communicate highly advanced concepts in a clear, concise, and conversational format • Participate in strategy discussions and campaign roadmapping • Conduct in-depth interviews with executive leadership, commercial lenders, treasury management directors, data analysts, and local business leaders • Translate high-level client discussions and case studies into content that surfaces original insight • Convey a point of view on relationship-driven, whole-picture banking that adds to the market conversation and establishes financial institutions as trusted advisors • Review and shape campaign assets derived from long-form cornerstone content • Create long-form educational cornerstone guides of 2,500+ words • Inform and review thought leadership articles, interactive self-assessments, sales enablement one-pagers, webinar outlines/plans, and email nurture sequences • Create platform-tailored short-form social media content, primarily for LinkedIn • Produce content for business owners, CEOs, founders, CFOs, controllers, corporate finance executives, commercial real estate developers, agricultural operators, and industrial business leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced writer with a proven ability to produce authoritative, technically precise content about regional commercial banking and business finance • Deep experience in commercial banking, corporate finance, or regional market dynamics, either working in the financial sector or writing extensively about it • Comfortable working with economic insights, market research, and business data • Able to interview data analysts, risk officers, treasury specialists, executive leadership, commercial lenders, treasury management directors, and local business leaders • Understanding of working capital management, corporate lending, treasury services, fraud prevention, and regional economic factors • Deep vertical expertise across manufacturing, agriculture, commercial real estate, and construction • Understanding of relationship-based commercial banking versus transactional product marketing • Understanding of operational realities including customer concentration risk, cash flow resilience, capital acquisition, and succession planning • Familiarity with Midwest regional banking is a bonus • Must briefly describe experience with commercial banking/business finance • Must supply at least three pieces of relevant example content
