📋 Description

• Welcome customers and create a strong first impression after the sale • Deliver fast, thoughtful onboarding and get customers live within days, typically within their first two weeks • Guide customers through setup, configuration, integrations, and early usage • Provide hands-on support and practical consultation • Stay engaged after launch to drive usage, adoption, and best practices • Maintain proactive, warm, and clear communication throughout onboarding and the early lifecycle • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success to resolve issues and ensure a smooth experience • Remove friction, maintain momentum, and help customers realize value quickly

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years in customer onboarding, implementation, customer success, hospitality, or another customer-facing role • Hospitality mindset and customer-first attitude • Strong organization, urgency, empathy, ownership, and ability to manage multiple customers • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adjust as customer needs evolve • Open to feedback, eager to learn, and motivated to improve • Clear, warm, and professional written and verbal communication with strong listening skills • Experience in SaaS, restaurants, hospitality, or customer support is a plus
