📋 Description
• Review new customer onboarding applications for completeness and compliance. • Verify customer identities and business documentation as part of KYC/KYB onboarding. • Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD). • Conduct sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening during onboarding. • Assess AML and onboarding risk and escalate higher-risk applications when appropriate. • Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve onboarding issues. • Maintain accurate onboarding records, audit trails, and compliance documentation.
🎯 Requirements
• High agency and a strong sense of ownership. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. • Clear written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. • Exposure to AML, customer onboarding, compliance, fraud, or risk operations is a plus, but not required.
