📋 Description

• Own end-to-end program delivery for enterprise technology initiatives • Partner with business, product, UX, and software engineering teams to align on priorities • Manage the coordination of system integrations across Slate’s tech stack • Develop and execute change management plans for new system deployments and process changes • Facilitate recurring governance forums and produce executive-ready documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of program or project management experience in enterprise IT, digital transformation, or technology implementation roles • Hands-on experience managing full-cycle implementations from requirements through hypercare • Working knowledge of system integration patterns, API-based connectivity, and middleware concepts • Proven ability to produce and maintain process maps, SOPs, RACI matrices, and workflow documentation • Familiarity with structured change management approaches
