📋 Description

• Help customers engage with vehicle program through clarity of concepts and workflow • Define how people interact with Slate products • Contribute in UX strategy, planning, and reviews • Own end-to-end design for key product areas from discovery through delivery • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity specs • Promote, and advise stakeholders on, user-centric approach and apply UX methodologies • Build relationships with key partners in Brand, Design and HMI, Engineering and Software teams • Balance strategic and tactical initiatives to ensure solving critical user needs • Expert communication and storytelling skills, including presenting to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in User Experience Design, HMI, communications, or related UX field • 7+ years professional work experience leading high impact UX projects • Experienced in interface design and evaluation; thorough knowledge and experience of a range of UX approaches and methodologies • Passion for emerging technologies, new interaction models, apps, and interactive interfaces • Highly experienced with modern design tools such as Figma and prototyping platforms • Strong visual, interaction, and systems-thinking design skills • Proven strategic thinker and collaborator in ambiguous problem spaces • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills • Proficient in both writing and speaking the English language • Deep understanding of accessibility and inclusivity in UX • Comfortable incorporating AI-assisted design and prototyping tools into workflow.
