⢠Receive service part handoffs from engineering and execute final attribution and implementation ⢠Audit part records for completeness and accuracy against attribution standards ⢠Identify and resolve data gaps, conflicts, or outdated attribute information ⢠Apply AutoCare Association PIES standards to service part records ⢠Make naming convention decisions based on category, function, and OEM specification ⢠Maintain and evolve internal naming convention documentation ⢠Partner with e-commerce teams to balance PIES compliance with catalog discoverability ⢠Monitor AutoCare Association standards updates and proactively implement workflow changes ⢠Control when service parts are published to or suppressed from the online catalog ⢠Evaluate stock disposition, inventory availability, obsolescence, supersession, interchangeability, cross-reference validity, and attribute completeness ⢠Execute catalog part release, update, and removal workflows with complete audit trails ⢠Manage obsolete, superseded, and interchangeable part records ⢠Monitor catalog health metrics, including listing completeness, suppression rates, and time-to-publish ⢠Report catalog status on a defined cadence
⢠A degree in Automotive Technology, Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred, but not required ⢠Equivalent technical training or relevant experience will also be considered ⢠5+ years of relevant experience in automotive parts data management, catalog operations, or a closely related field within an OEM, Tier 1 supplier, or large distributor environment ⢠Deep, working knowledge of automotive systems and components across powertrain, chassis, electrical, HVAC, body, and accessory systems ⢠Direct experience with AutoCare Association PIES standards ⢠Ability to independently interpret and apply PIES requirements, including required data segment elements ⢠Hands-on experience with a PIM system such as Akeneo, Salsify, Informatica, Stibo STEP, or comparable platform ⢠Experience managing parts lifecycle data, including obsolescence, supersession, and interchange relationships ⢠Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or comparable data tools ⢠High attention to detail and commitment to clean, accurate, well-structured data ⢠Strong written communication skills for documenting naming decisions, standards, and workflows ⢠Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, service, supply chain, and customer support ⢠Adaptability in fast-paced start-up and new model launch environments ⢠Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ⢠Ability to travel up to 10% ⢠Ability to lift up to 35 pounds ⢠Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods ⢠Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis ⢠Visa sponsorship is unavailable
