📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders across sales, finance, support, customer success, operations, and people to identify and prioritize high-value automation opportunities • Map business workflows and create a prioritized automation backlog • Build cross-functional automations and integrations across HubSpot, Stripe, Rippling, Google Workspace, Jira, support tooling, and data tools • Design and ship AI and agentic workflows for summarizing, routing, data entry, reconciliation, drafting, and research • Evaluate, pilot, and roll out AI tools across the company • Establish guardrails for approved tools, access, and data handling • Build monitoring, error handling, security review, and governance into automations • Measure hours saved and errors removed • Document automations for maintainability and extensibility • In the first six months, ship two or three high-impact automations, publish AI-use guidelines, and establish automation-building, monitoring, and documentation standards • Report to the CISO and partner with leaders across the company

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building automations and integrations across business systems • Strong integration and scripting skills, including APIs and webhooks • Experience with an iPaaS platform: Zapier, Make, Workato, or n8n • Python or JavaScript proficiency • Fluency with the modern SaaS business stack, including CRM, billing, HRIS, support, collaboration, and data systems • Hands-on experience building LLM- and agent-powered workflows • Understanding of AI use cases, limitations, and data-handling guardrails • Consultative, cross-functional approach to translating business problems into reliable automations • Ability to measure impact and document work • Security-conscious approach to automating over sensitive business data • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Nice to have: production AI agents or LLM-powered workflows • Nice to have: RevOps/BizOps automation experience at a SaaS company; familiarity with HubSpot, Stripe, and Rippling • Nice to have: SQL, warehouses, and light data engineering
