📋 Description
• Own the conversion funnel from first site visit through first box • Run experimentation program at a high tempo with A/B tests and landing page experiments • Partner closely with Marketing on tracking and MarTech tooling • Shape how purchasing works at Smalls • Scope and complete high-priority problems with Engineering • Own CRO program, MarTech tooling, and e-commerce purchase paths
🎯 Requirements
• Strong A/B testing track record • Understand marketing signals infrastructure (attribution, pixels, event quality) • Real CRO programs with LP testing experience • Knowledge of e-commerce fundamentals (PDP, CLP, checkout) • Fast learner and strong executor • Experience in a digitally native retailer • Nice to have: subscription DTC experience, Shopify, SQL/analytics tooling fluency
