📋 Description

• Serve as the primary relationship lead and main point of contact for all client communication • Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and C-suite executives as a trusted advisor • Own client meeting cadence, including agendas, recaps, follow-ups, and action-item tracking • Solicit client feedback, conduct NPS/satisfaction check-ins, and identify friction points • Partner with strategy team members to communicate and reinforce client roadmaps • Own client happiness, account retention, onboarding, and account health monitoring • Track engagement, sentiment, deliverable timeliness, and results reporting; escalate at-risk accounts with recovery plans • Act as the Voice of the Client within SmartBug and lead conflict-resolution conversations • Monitor account financial health, profitability, commercial scope, and out-of-scope requests • Own renewal timing and renewal conversations with Sales, Finance, and delivery leadership • Identify account expansion opportunities and partner with Sales and Strategy on additional services • Drive collection of client reviews, case studies, and awards • Develop fluency in clients’ business models, buyers, success metrics, and industry trends • Maintain sufficient HubSpot and client-system fluency to discuss status, reporting, and value

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in high-level account management or client services within a digital agency environment • High EQ with a proven ability to manage complex human dynamics and build trust with senior-level executives • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on storytelling the value of the agency’s work • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities without letting commitments slip • Understanding of agency economics, including retention metrics, lifetime value (LTV), and account growth • Sufficient knowledge of the HubSpot ecosystem to confidently discuss project status and strategic value with clients • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field • Senior living experience is strongly preferred • Familiarity with senior living CRM and sales platforms such as WelcomeHome, Sherpa, Enquire, or similar is strongly preferred • Experience managing accounts with multi-location or multi-community stakeholder structures is strongly preferred • Experience in a HubSpot Partner agency environment or with HubSpot-centric client engagements is strongly preferred • Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, is strongly preferred • Experience with customer success platforms or tools such as Gainsight or ChurnZero is strongly preferred • Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of accounts with $1M+ in combined ARR is strongly preferred • Experience working remotely in a client-facing role is strongly preferred • Background in digital marketing, inbound strategy, or marketing operations is strongly preferred • Experience facilitating executive business reviews (EBRs) or quarterly business reviews (QBRs) is strongly preferred
