• Perform routine preventative maintenance on commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems • Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before they become major repairs • Clean coils, filters, condensers, evaporators, and related components • Check refrigerant levels, electrical connections, motors, belts, and controls • Document maintenance activities and provide detailed service reports • Communicate findings and recommendations to customers and management • Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in a safe and professional manner • Follow all safety procedures and company policies • Provide exceptional customer service while representing 5-Star Refrigeration
• Previous experience in commercial refrigeration, HVAC, or mechanical maintenance preferred • EPA Certification is a plus • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments • Willingness to travel locally as needed
