📋 Description
• Plan and execute internal and external events • Coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables for events • Contribute to event strategies to support Allstate’s brand and business priorities • Manage event registration processes, including setup and maintenance • Oversee mobile applications and event technology platforms • Manage billing and invoices related to event vendors and services • Use attendee data to evaluate event outcomes • Build strong relationships with internal partners and external vendors
🎯 Requirements
• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Skills in Budget Planning, Business Events, Conference Planning, Corporate Event Planning, Corporate Events Management, Event Management, Negotiation, Registration Management, Vendor Management
