📋 Description

• Manage website builds end-to-end under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager (Websites) • Maintain accurate project timelines in Asana and proactively flag risks or delays • Coordinate with design, development, content, and SEO teams to keep builds on schedule • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards before client review • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the website project lifecycle • Lead or participate in client-facing kickoff, check-in, and approval calls • Set expectations regarding scope, timelines, and next steps • Maintain proactive communication to keep clients informed • Follow website project SOPs and contribute feedback for continuous improvement • Maintain documentation in project management and client portal platforms • Track client feedback and ensure revisions are accurately captured and actioned • Assist in developing and refining templated workflows • Work with the Senior Project Manager to develop skills across the full website project lifecycle • Participate in team meetings and share client insights to improve department processes • Support coverage for other project types as bandwidth allows • Pursue growth toward independent project ownership and Senior Project Manager responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in website project management or digital marketing agency environments • Familiarity with website builds, including WordPress or similar, even at a basic level • Background in client services or account coordination • Experience working cross-functionally with design and development teams • Exposure to legal marketing or professional services • Comfort with SOPs, templated processes, and improving operational workflows • Strong client-facing communication skills, both on calls and in writing • Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously • Familiarity with Asana or comparable project management platforms • Ability to work independently within defined processes and escalate when needed • Detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering quality work on deadline • Collaborative, coachable, and eager to grow within a structured career path • Reliability and responsiveness with clients and internal team members
