📋 Description

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed sales goals • Promote the full Advanced Wound Management portfolio, addressing a wide range of wound care needs across patient populations • Educate clinicians and healthcare staff on the clinical and economic value of Smith+Nephew solutions • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including clinicians, nursing staff, and purchasing stakeholders • Identify new business opportunities and drive product adoption within existing and new accounts • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support account growth and customer satisfaction • Deliver in-services, product demonstrations, and educational programs to support best practices in wound care

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Proven success in sales, preferably within medical device, healthcare, or a related field • Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate clinical and economic value • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence customer decision-making • Experience managing a territory, pipeline, and sales planning process • High level of accountability, organization, and resilience
