• Responsible for establishing and maintaining compliance with applicable federal and state EHS regulations • Collaborate closely with the EHS Managing Director and other leaders • Assist in developing and effectively implementing corporate EHS policy, programs, and training materials • Ensure facilities are prepared for corporate and external audits and lead audit teams as assigned • Coordinate procedures and protocols for effective case management of workers' compensation claims
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in environmental, safety, health or related field • 10+ years related experience, required • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a position of leadership to include team development and management, required • Excellent knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations, and workers’ compensation processes • Strong oral and written communication skills for drafting reports, business correspondence, and procedures • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHS database systems such as Cority
