📋 Description

• Lead the operational rhythm of our weekly growth sprints in Asana. • Take ownership of building, monitoring, and maintaining automated growth plays. • Learn the tool capabilities and explore improvements or additions needed to better integrate AI into everyday operations to scale outbound content personalization.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience operating at the intersection of Growth Marketing, Product Management, or Technical Marketing Operations. • An Owner Mentality: You are a naturally curious builder who doesn't wait for permission. • Elite Project Management & Documentation: Exceptional ability to distill abstract strategy concepts into transparent project backlogs, dashboard tracking systems, and clear written updates posted weekly. • Stack Fluency: Strong functional competency navigating sales sequence management systems (Outreach), AI GTM tools, and data enrichment brokers (ZoomInfo) sitting on top of a Salesforce CRM ecosystem.
