📋 Description

• Engage students in an asynchronous and inclusive learning environment by providing guidance and resources in a pre-developed online course • Provide instruction, feedback, and experiential and application-based learning • Report to the faculty dean team • Respond to students within set timeframes and proactively reach out to students needing additional support • Recognize student needs holistically and connect them with resources • Encourage participation, collaboration, and strong faculty-student relationships • Stay current in the field of expertise and share relevant experience and supplementary materials • Explain complex topics in accessible ways • Evaluate student work and provide individualized, constructive feedback within set timeframes • Facilitate active participation in online discussions while fostering an inclusive, engaging, and respectful environment

🎯 Requirements

• A Masters in Finance • 2+ years of professional experience in insurance planning • Certified Financial Planner required
