📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and subject matter expert • Handle day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the platform • Own and maintain models, dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, assumptions, formulas, business rules, attributes, and security • Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations, models, calculations, workflows, and reporting solutions • Manage user access, roles, permissions, security, data governance, and internal controls • Monitor system performance, data integrity, integrations, and user experience • Maintain system documentation, configuration standards, technical documentation, administrative procedures, training materials, and user guides • Conduct training and knowledge-transfer sessions • Design and build FP&A models and planning solutions • Develop reporting solutions for budgets, forecasts, actuals, variances, trends, workforce metrics, and financial and operational measures • Develop and maintain workforce planning models with Human Resources • Develop, monitor, reconcile, and troubleshoot integrations and data flows between Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, and Workday Adaptive Planning • Partner with FINSYS, HRIS, ITS, Finance, Human Resources, IT, and other stakeholders on integrations, data architecture, APIs, and technical issues • Facilitate requirements discussions and recommend scalable, controlled, and maintainable solutions • Report to the Senior Director Financial Analytics and Insights

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst capacity • 3+ years utilizing the Workday Adaptive Planning system • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field; equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree acceptable • Demonstrated experience developing complex Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions • Experience with Adaptive OfficeConnect, including development and maintenance of management reporting packages • Strong experience with Adaptive Planning dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, assumptions, formulas, calculations, business rules, and model structures • Experience creating inbound and outbound integrations between Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, and Workday Adaptive Planning • Strong understanding of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis • Must reside in and work from one of the approved states • Reliable internet connection and dedicated, properly equipped workspace free of distractions
