📋 Description

• Prepare property development / feasibility analysis for both sites, covering zoning, FAR, setbacks, and entitlement constraints • Manage the permitting process through both jurisdictions: submittals, plan check responses, and ongoing coordination with planning and building departments • Proactively flag risks or delays and keep the project team informed of status • Join a weekly consulting call to report status and advise on permitting strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Direct permitting/expediting experience in San Francisco and/or San Mateo County specifically as local jurisdiction knowledge is essential • Background in high-end single-family residential projects a plus • Comfortable operating independently as an outside consultant, without day-to-day oversight • Active architecture license is a plus, not required

• Commitment: ~4 hours/week, plus a weekly consulting call • Location: Remote w/ SF Bay Area-based preferred • Duration: Potential to run through the full project lifecycle (est. 10 months–1+ year) • Structure: 1099 contract consultant • Compensation: Open
