• Develop and execute sales and access strategies for Sobi Rare Disease products • Achieve assigned objectives for the region and assigned institutions, hospitals, and health systems • Ensure patient access to therapy in hospitals and other care settings according to product labeling • Coordinate Sobi teams engaging health-system stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, P&T committees, Pharmacy Directors, and external experts • Coordinate account-based activities with Market Access, Patient Services, and medical teams • Share on-label scientific information and translate it into real-world clinical practice • Build relationships with key decision-makers and provide product and disease information to support patient-care protocols • Nurture and channel rare-disease advocacy supporting label-consistent patient protocols • Navigate Sobi products through influential pathways in assigned health systems • Build relationships with thought leaders and develop the next generation of KOLs through residency, fellowship, multidisciplinary-team, clinical in-service, and educational programs • Target, prioritize, clinically manage, and sell to physician and administration/leadership stakeholders • Develop and execute business plans with cross-functional team members • Develop and execute account plans aligned with national and regional strategies, including priorities, objectives, action plans, key targets, network maps, and personnel coordination
• A four-year college degree, preferably in a scientific/medical or business discipline, or relevant experience is required • 8–12 years of successful field sales experience • At least 3–5 years of complex institutional experience in the Rare Disease, Specialty Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Medical Device industry • Experience with complex dynamics of biologic distribution and acquisition at inpatient level strongly preferred • Experience navigating Health System formulary pathways and complex access/reimbursement landscape • Exceptional account and stakeholder management experience • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Strong customer management skills • Strong clinical acumen with demonstrated experience with complex diseases, preferably a rare disease • Demonstrated success with medical benefit products added to hospital formulary • Prior experience working with Pediatric and Adult Rheumatology and/or Hematology/Oncology physicians is a plus • Ability to demonstrate behaviors aligned with Sobi's core values: Care, Ambition, Urgency, Ownership and Partnership • Ideal candidate lives in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, or Arkansas
