📋 Description

• Develop and execute a country brand plan, including local strategy or tactical variations and budget, aligned with the global brand plan • Serve as internal contact for Sobi HQ or the global marketing team to align local needs with global activities • Manage the product strategically and align internally with all other functions • Take responsibility for all product communications • Analyze current strategy success and validate adaptations throughout the year • Support training of internal and external staff • Drive compliant branded and non-branded tactics, including commercial materials, internet and social media • Develop strategic communications and training materials for internal and external customers • Work with medical colleagues to ensure medical-scientific credibility in external communications • Collaborate with local medical and patient access colleagues to define and deliver the overall marketing strategy • Execute key projects strengthening Sobi’s position in the German market • Create monthly sales comments, monitor sales trends and budget costs, ensure forecast accuracy and control spending

🎯 Requirements

• University degree level education • Minimum 3 years of product management experience • Direct customer relationship management experience • Ability to engage with customer needs in delivering company projects • Proven ability to work in matrix organizations • Recent pre-launch or launch experience • Demonstrated ability to work independently • Hands-on, practical delivery of marketing projects • Behaviors aligned with Sobi's core values: Care, Ambition, Urgency, Ownership and Partnership
